Transcript & Scholarship Reference Policy: To prevent the office staff from having a “transcript meltdown”, all requests for transcripts and scholarship references must be made on a “transcript/scholarship reference request form”, available in the office or by clicking here. You must allow 10 days to process. Do not insist that “I need this today”! Transcripts may often be ready sooner. If you are picking it up, don’t forget to come and get it. We don’t deliver!

Graduation Reserved Seating:  On Thursday May 26, during graduation practice, each senior will be given 6 reserved seating cards with his/her name. Each senior will have an opportunity that morning to reserve 6 seats on the floor or in the bleachers or a combination of both using their cards. We will randomly select the order that the students will go in to make their seat reservations. Please discuss with your senior how you would like to reserve those 6 seats, especially if your student is selected toward the end of the random drawing. Some families may prefer to sit in the bleachers rather than on the floor in the back. Seniors will know what side of the stage they will be seated before reserving seats. The doors for graduation will open at 2:00pm. Please do not arrive before 2:00. Families may reserve additional seats after 2:00pm. Seniors need to be at school by 2:15 in Mr. Gaines’ room. Make sure to follow graduation dress standards.

Seating for Anyone with Special Needs: Please email, asmith@troychristianschools.org, or call Abby Smith, 339-5692 x117, by May 20 if you have anyone attending graduation that may have special needs (wheelchairs, softer chair, etc.). We would like to make sure that we have the appropriate accommodation for them so that they can enjoy graduation.

Audio Enhancement: For those who have difficulty hearing, we broadcast the graduation ceremony over the radio on 93.5. You may bring a personal radio device & headphones, or borrow one from the school when you arrive at graduation. The school only has a handful of these devices and you would still need to provide your own headphones. If you would like to reserve one of the school’s personal radios, you may email Abby Smith at asmith@troychristianschools.org.
