Servant Leadership

We believe each student at TCS is a leader in the making. As we continue to create a culture that allows students to use their God-given gifts and talents, we want to provide real life opportunities for students to practice leading like Jesus. Our leadership goals are for students to step out of their comfort zone, take risks for Jesus, and discover their potential God has placed in them and then use it.

Our leadership program emphasizes:

• Training of leadership principles; on-line classes, leadership forums, workshops and conferences.
• Relevant and hands-on leadership experiences in missions, retreats, service, academics, athletics and chapel.
• Mentoring teachers to students; student to student; athlete to athlete; coach to athlete and older students to younger students.
