Students, Staff And Parents Shine For A Neighbor

 During dismissal time on Friday, October 7, one of the school’s neighbors, an elderly gentleman who lives on the cul-de-sac, fell and hurt his head. Several parents and staff assisted the man until the ambulance came. One of the parents who helped at the scene pointed out that there were lots of shining stars in our universe that day – the parents and staff who helped and comforted the man and all those who prayed for him (parents and children). This parent mentioned that his two children prayed for the elderly gentleman’s health and recovery without being prompted by an adult. He wanted to specifically thank the faculty and staff for teaching the importance of prayer.
