All Troy Christian Students are now eligible for a state scholarship! There are answers to some general questions below. These answers are as up-to-date as we understand them. They will be updated as we get more information from the state
Complete the following steps to apply:
- Fill out the 2023-2024 EdChoice Request Form (one per child). Please make sure you review your information carefully on the form and complete each section. You will need to include an acceptable proof of address as well as your student's birth certificate before your application can be submitted.
Submit the Request Form and supporting documentation to Heather Peters (hpeters@tcmail.org) or by dropping it off at the high school office. (Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am-2pm)
- Fill out the 2023-2024 Income Verification form (one per family). It is recommended that you fill this out online. Click here for a quick written guide on how to do this.
-
Once the scholarship has been awarded to you, you will need to return the award letter to the school and sign a one-time check deposit agreement form so the monthly scholarship checks can be deposited and applied to your tuition account.
The school will submit your application through the Ohio Department of Education website. You can drop off your materials for each student at the High School office. You can also email your scanned materials to hpeters@tcmail.org (PLEASE NOTE: The state will not accept photographs of the materials. All documents must be scanned).
The deadline to submit is October 15th. However, any scholarship application submitted after the school year starts will be prorated based on the remaining days of school and the full amount will not be given.
